Thomas is a dedicated trial lawyer with a broad and dynamic background that enriches his practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2017, following a Bachelor of Arts in History from Loyola Marymount University. His collegiate years were marked by his athletic pursuits, serving as an Undergraduate Assistant Coach for Men's Soccer at Loyola Marymount University and competing as a Division I Men's Soccer Team Goalkeeper at Virginia Tech, where he was honored with the Strength and Conditioning Award for 2009-2010.

Thomas’s legal career is characterized by a wide-ranging practice, including significant experience in general liability, employment law, habitability, trucking defense, and product liability. He honed his skills at Christensen Hsu Sipes and Walsworth, LLP, where he managed a diverse caseload across these areas. Prior to that, he served as a trial attorney at Adelson McLean, APC, focusing on subrogation and defense matters, including complex cases involving traumatic brain injury, transportation liability, and employment law. His earlier work at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara saw him handling civil litigation cases related to construction defects, slip and fall, and water damage.

Before entering the legal profession, Thomas gained invaluable experience in criminal defense as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Michael L. Fell, where he contributed to various aspects of case preparation and client interaction.

In addition to his legal work, Thomas’s early career included a role in Long Beach State’s Athletic Marketing Department, where he was responsible for donor relations, season ticket sales, and marketing efforts for the university’s athletic programs.
